Useful Information

Most orders using standard shipping ship out from our store within 1-5 business days of being placed. Delivery typically takes an additional 1-6 business days after that (most orders arrive 2-11 business days after ordering). Certain special-order items may require additional processing time. If an item falls into this category, we will promptly contact you by phone or email to discuss fulfillment details. Orders placed with the Expedited — UPS Ground option ship the same day when the product is in stock at our warehouse and the order is placed by 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday–Friday. We invite you to reach out to us in advance to confirm availability before placing your order. Our office hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Saturday.
