Miele HEPA filters should be replaced approximately every 12 months or 50 hours of use. Motor protection filters need changing with every fourth bag. Pre-motor filters in certain models are washable, but HEPA filters are not — washing them destroys the filtration media permanently.

The biggest mistake is forgetting the motor protection filter. It sits behind the bag compartment and catches particles the bag misses. A neglected motor protection filter lets fine dust reach the motor, accelerating wear on components far more expensive than the filter itself. Check it at every bag change.

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States, calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax. Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Expedited UPS Ground costs extra. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery; returns must reach us within 21 days of authorization. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
