Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Its scalloped edge and pair of heavy felt strips let the tool slide smoothly across the floor, cushioning the contact and channeling air to pull in dust and debris.

The heavy felt is the key feature here: thicker and more durable than standard floor-tool felt, it stands up to extended use and keeps the head from marring sealed wood, tile, vinyl, and laminate.
