Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

This black 1-1/4" hose cuff with a molded connector end is the fitting you need to attach a central vacuum hose to a wall inlet or accessory tube. It slips over the cut end of standard 1-1/4" central vacuum hose and locks into the receiving valve, restoring a clean, airtight seal when an old or damaged cuff has cracked. (SKU: HC111BL)

The connector end is specifically sized to work with the Vacumaid ICC-102 inlet/connector system, making this a direct repair part for hose-to-valve connections on those installations.
