    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This 13-inch metal curved wand end connects a vacuum hose to the wand with a positive button-lock mechanism—press the spring button to lock or release the wand for a secure, slip-free attachment. A built-in swivel joint lets the hose rotate freely so it does not twist or kink during cleaning. Unlike the standard version, this end ships without an AFR (air-flow regulator) and without a hose cuff, giving you a clean handle fitting for builds that don't require suction bleed.
