Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This 18-inch poly scrub brush is designed for 20" floor buffers and rotary machines (Part #20-1907). The stiff polypropylene bristles dig into textured and uneven surfaces to lift ground-in dirt, making it the right tool for scrubbing quarry tile, sealed concrete, sidewalks, and grouted floors where a flat pad can't reach into the recesses.

At 18 inches across, the brush mounts to the drive plate of a 20-inch buffer and spins true for consistent agitation across the full cleaning path. Poly bristles resist water, detergents, and most floor chemicals, holding their shape and stiffness through repeated wet-scrubbing use.
