Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This 2-piece aluminum wand with button measures 1-1/2 inches in diameter and 56 inches assembled, built as a universal-fit replacement for commercial vacuum systems. The button-lock joint connects your hose to floor tools and extends your reach for both floor and above-floor work.
