Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement 2-wire hose grip fits Beam and Electrolux central vacuum hoses and includes a complete wire harness and switch. As the control end of the hose, it holds the switch and 2-wire circuit that operate the power nozzle from the handle.

A faulty switch or damaged internal wiring causes intermittent power nozzle operation, an unresponsive handle switch, or visible wire damage inside the grip. Because this assembly bundles the grip, harness, and switch, it addresses those faults in one part. A fresh grip restores steady nozzle control.
