Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The kit includes 1 cylinder foam filter, 1 disc foam filter, and 1 foam sheet — the matched set that sits between the dust cup and the motor to capture dust and protect internal components.

As these foam filters absorb fine debris, airflow drops and suction weakens at the floor head. Replacing all three together clears that buildup and brings the Navigator back to strong, consistent cleaning power.
