Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Built around a pistol-grip handle, this 30-foot central vacuum hose carries low-voltage wiring so the button on the grip can switch a connected power nozzle on and off without running full house current through the hose itself. Its bore matches the widely used 1-3/8-inch size for central vacuum equipment, and it's finished in light grey (part SGE13830BLN).

The pistol-grip shape puts the trigger under your fingers rather than under your thumb, which is easier on the wrist through a long cleaning session than a straight handle. Because it's a button-lock design, the handle locks onto compatible wands and tools with a firm click instead of a friction slip fit, so tools stay attached during use but release cleanly when you press the button.
