Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

A 30-foot length of Ultralite crushproof vacuum hose with a 1-3/8 inch (1.375") inner diameter in light grey. (SKU: 30405) The Ultralite construction trims the weight of the hose without sacrificing its crushproof character, so it is noticeably easier to drag, lift, and maneuver during extended cleaning.

The 1-3/8" inner diameter supports high airflow for powerful central vacuum and commercial systems, while the helical-reinforced wall resists crushing and kinking. The lighter-weight design reduces operator fatigue on long jobs. Supplied without end fittings so you can cut it to length and add your own couplings.
