    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This premium 30-foot central vacuum attachment kit is built for VacuFlo systems, combining a switched VacuFlo hose with the air-driven light grey TurboCat carpet nozzle for full-home deep cleaning. The 1-3/8" diameter hose end matches standard VacuFlo inlets (Part #11212VFT).

    The switched VF hose lets you control the central vacuum from the handle, while the TurboCat turbo nozzle spins on suction airflow to agitate carpet, lifting embedded dirt and pet hair. An adjustable telescopic wand, four-piece tool set, and both a hose hanger and tool hanger round out the package.
