    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Central vacuum hose ends come in a few different styles, and the gas-pump grip is the one that puts the system's on/off switch right at your hand instead of back at the wall inlet. This 35-foot, low-voltage hose (SKU 11211WLV) carries that gas-pump grip and terminates in a 1-3/8 inch cuff, forming the base of this kit built around it.

    A deluxe wand joins the hose, built with sturdier joints and telescoping action than an entry-level wand sees, which shows up over years of daily use more than it does on day one. Five tools round out the kit, covering bare floors, upholstery, dusting, and tight crevices, so a single kit reaches most of what a central vacuum gets asked to clean in a typical week.

    Hose and wand hooks are included as well, mounted at the inlet, which matters more than it sounds: a hose left coiled on the floor between uses picks up extra wear at the cuff and connection points that a properly hung hose avoids entirely over its working life.
