    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    A button-lock cuff seats into a compatible low-voltage inlet with a positive click rather than the plain friction fit some hoses rely on, and it is what this 35-foot, gas-pump-grip hose (SKU 11213J) terminates in at 1-3/8 inches. The gas-pump grip keeps the on/off switch at the handle, so the system turns on and off from wherever the hose reaches.

    A telescopic wand replaces the fixed-length wand some kits ship with, extending and locking at whatever reach a job calls for, useful for stretching to ceiling corners one moment and collapsing down for a tight stairwell or closet the next without swapping wands. Four tools cover bare floors, upholstery, dusting, and crevice work.

    A wall-mounted hose rack keeps the hose coiled and off the floor between uses, sparing the cuff and connection points the extra wear a hose dragged across the floor picks up over time.

    Because the button-lock coupling is specific to inlets built for that connection style, a plain gas-pump hose without button-lock will not seat the same way in one. Confirm your system's inlet type and voltage rating, and check that the latch mechanism engages and releases smoothly on arrival before mounting the rack and running the hose through the house.
