Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

For larger homes and multi-level layouts, this 40-foot Jinhua central vacuum hose extends your cleaning reach without dragging the canister between inlets. The 1-3/8" cuff fits the inlet valves used on most central vacuum systems, and the dual-voltage build powers a connected floor power nozzle while the system pulls suction.

A pigtail power cord plugs into a standard wall receptacle near the inlet to feed the handle switch and power nozzle. The light grey jacket resists crushing and scuffs along its full length, and the flexible body keeps even this long run easy to coil and maneuver around furniture and stairs.
