    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This 5-foot x 1-1/4" connector hose (Part #HS-105RC) is the short link used to connect a VacuMaid 4-gallon Intercept Can (model ICC-102) to a traditional central vacuum inlet valve. The intercept can captures bulk debris and water before it reaches your central vacuum's main canister, and this hose completes the plumbing between the can and the wall inlet.

    Both ends are pre-fitted: one end carries a 1-1/4" banded cuff and the other an HC111BL cuff, so it seats securely into the inlet and the intercept can without extra adapters. The 1-1/4" diameter matches standard central vacuum tubing for full airflow.
