Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This 50-foot Jinhua central vacuum hose is built for sprawling floor plans where a shorter hose simply won't reach. The extra-long 50-foot body lets you clean multiple rooms from a single inlet, and the 1-3/8" cuff fits the inlet valves on most central vacuum systems.

The hose is dual-voltage, carrying power through to a connected floor power nozzle while the system runs suction. A 6-foot pigtail cord at the wall end plugs into a standard receptacle to energize the handle controls. The light grey outer wall stands up to crushing and abrasion, and the flexible construction keeps even this long run manageable around furniture, corners, and stairs.
