    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This 50-foot ultralight hose locks onto compatible 1-3/8 inch wands with a button-lock curved end rather than a plain friction fit, so tools stay attached with a mechanical catch and release with a press of the button. It is finished in light gray and built with the same reduced-weight wall used across the ultralight line (part 30301).

    At 50 feet, weight adds up fast, since every extra ounce of hose gets dragged the full length of the run, and an ultralight wall cuts down on that fatigue compared to a standard-weight hose of the same length. The crushproof corrugation still resists collapsing under a closed door or a rolled-over piece of furniture, so the weight savings do not come at the cost of durability under normal use.

    Button-lock ends will not seat the same way on a friction-fit wand, so check your wand's connection style against this end type before ordering. A button-lock connection that no longer clicks firmly, or one where the tool wobbles even after the button seats, points to a worn catch inside the cuff rather than a fault in the wand itself, and it is usually faster to replace the hose end than to try to service the lock mechanism. Store the hose in a loose coil rather than a tight one so the wall does not take a set that fights you on the next pull.
