    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    The friction-fit curved end on this 50-foot ultralight hose pushes onto a compatible 1-3/8 inch wand without a locking button, making tool swaps a quick push-and-pull rather than a press-and-release. It shares the same reduced-weight wall and light gray finish as the button-lock version of this hose, just with the simpler end fitting (part 30301F).

    Over a 50-foot run, the ultralight wall is noticeably easier to manage than a standard-weight hose, especially when you are dragging it up a staircase or around several rooms in one pass. The crushproof corrugation holds its shape when the hose gets pinched under a door or rolled over by a piece of furniture, keeping the air channel from collapsing and choking suction mid-clean.

    If your existing wand uses a button-lock connection, this friction-fit end will not click and hold the same way, so match the end style to your current setup before ordering. The tradeoff with a friction-fit end is speed of use against long-term grip, since there is no mechanical catch holding the tool on, only the tightness of the fit, and that tightness loosens gradually with years of insertion and removal. Wiping the wand end clean before seating it helps, since grit on the tube accelerates that wear.
