Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

This 50-foot crushproof hose ships boxed in a dark gray finish with a 1-1/2" inside diameter. The reinforcing coil molded into the wall lets the hose absorb crushing and sharp bends without collapsing, springing back to round so airflow stays unobstructed. (SKU: ZV-150-50)
