    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This boxed 50-foot crushproof hose has a 1-1/2" inside diameter and a light gray finish, packaged to protect the coil in storage and shipping. A reinforcing helix is molded into the wall so the hose resists crushing and kinking, returning to its round shape after being pinched, bent, or run over. (Part #ZV-150-50LG)
