Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Engineered for handling ease, this Ultralite crushproof vacuum hose weighs noticeably less than standard PVC hose of the same diameter while keeping the same kink-resistant performance. The 50-foot light grey coil has a 1-3/8" inside diameter and a reinforcing helix molded into the wall, so it springs back to shape instead of collapsing when crushed or sharply bent. (SKU: 30407)
