Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement fork bolt tube (part #1002) fits the Kirby 505, 513, 514, and 515 handle forks. The tube is part of the handle-to-body pivot that lets the handle recline and lock in position.

A fork bolt tube that is worn, bent, or cracked creates play in the handle joint, so the handle wobbles or will not hold its set angle. Left worn, the loose joint makes the machine harder to steer. A fresh tube restores a tight pivot and secure handle control.
