Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This 60-foot Ultralite crushproof hose gives installers extra reach without the bulk and weight of conventional PVC hose. The light grey coil has a 1-3/8" inside diameter and a molded reinforcing helix that lets it resist crushing and kinking, snapping back to round even after being pinched or bent hard around corners.
