Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Expedited UPS Ground is available at checkout for an extra charge, including on orders that qualify for free standard shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This 9-pack of 2-ply Style A paper bags is a replacement set for Hoover upright vacuums, fitting the Convertible, Elite, Elite II, Legacy, Decade, Concept One, Encore, PowerMax, and Runabout. The two-ply paper provides standard filtration and holds the dust and debris the machine collects.

As a bag fills, packed debris restricts airflow and suction drops, and a bag pushed past capacity can leak dust back into the room. Fitting a fresh two-ply bag reopens airflow and returns the vacuum to full pickup.
