This exhaust HEPA filter and muffler keeps your central vacuum's discharge air clean and quiet, doing two jobs in one cartridge (Part #33068). The HEPA media captures fine dust and allergen particles before they leave the power unit, while the built-in muffler dampens the rush of exhaust air to noticeably lower operating noise.
A charcoal membrane is integrated for odor control, adsorbing the musty or stale smells that can build up in vacuumed air - especially useful in homes with pets. Fitting it on the exhaust side is one of the simplest ways to improve indoor air quality and comfort from a central vacuum installation.
