Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This universal adapter (Part #13.1539-300, also 32-1004-06) steps a 35mm wand or hose end up to a 38mm fitting and a 1-1/4 inch nozzle. It bridges mismatched connection sizes across mixed accessory sets.

Without the right adapter, tools of differing diameters will not seat, so they fall off or leak air and lose suction at the joint. Adding the correct adapter gives a snug, airtight connection between components.
