Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement Panasonic agitator end plate (part #AMC54R-F00) fits models MC661 through MC671. The end plate caps the side of the brush roll assembly and holds the agitator bearing and support in place.

The end plate absorbs steady vibration and can crack or wear until the brush roll shifts or wobbles in its seat. A loose agitator loses carpet contact, chews the belt, and grinds the bearing. A sound end plate keeps the roll centered and spinning true.
