Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement brush roll pulley with edge cleaner and bearing fits Sharp uprights EC3520, EC3620, and EC3720, also referenced to model 3605 and part #F691*. The pulley drives the roll while the bearing lets it spin true and the edge cleaner works the carpet border.

A worn bearing adds noise and drag, and a chewed pulley can slip the belt, both of which cut agitation. Grinding, squeal, or a roll that will not spin freely signal replacement. A fresh unit restores smooth, driven rotation.
