Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This black plastic air flow reducer is the bleed-valve insert designed for Myraton metal curved hose ends. It mounts at the hose handle and lets you dial down suction on the fly, so delicate items, drapes, and lightweight rugs are not pulled into the nozzle. Part #AFRBLK.

Sliding the reducer open introduces controlled bleed air into the airstream, instantly lowering suction at the cleaning head without changing settings at the power unit. Closing it returns full central vacuum power for carpets and ground-in dirt.
