Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This light grey plastic air flow reducer is the suction-control bleed valve made for Myraton metal curved hose ends. Fitted at the hose handle, it lets you reduce suction instantly so lightweight rugs, curtains, and fragile items stay put while you clean. Part #AFRLTGRY.

Opening the reducer admits controlled bleed air into the airstream, dropping suction at the nozzle without any change at the power unit; closing it restores full central vacuum strength for carpets and heavy debris. The light grey finish matches common Myraton and accessory colors.
