Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Air Spreader B (Part #6490001275) is a replacement air spreader for the Sanyo SC-U08MA, U10MA, and U11MA uprights. Positioned within the airflow path, it shapes and distributes air through the machine as one part of a lettered assembly.

Cracks or warping in a spreader allow air to escape its channel, and the resulting turbulence weakens suction at the nozzle. Installing the correct replacement restores a tight, evenly directed airflow so the vacuum pulls at full strength.
