Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Pre-treat heavy soil and lift stubborn stains with Air-Way Vibra-Kleen All Purpose Spotter & Traffic Lane Cleaner (Part #AWTLC16), a concentrated 16 oz pre-spray for carpets, area rugs, and upholstery. It is formulated to break down the ground-in dirt that collects along high-traffic walkways and around doorways before you extract.

The product does double duty. Applied undiluted directly on stains, it works as an aggressive spot remover for spills and set-in marks. For traffic-lane pre-treatment, dilute roughly 1 oz to 5 oz of water and mist over the soiled path, then follow with hot-water extraction for a deeper clean. Using it as a pre-treat step helps your extractor release more soil in a single pass.
