Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Almond Plastiflex Vacuum Pan Repair Kit (Part #VCPAR01) is a replacement mounting pan for a Plastiflex central vacuum wall inlet, finished in almond to match existing hardware. The vacuum pan is the rough-in mounting point that holds the inlet valve in the wall and ties it to the tubing behind it.

When the pan cracks or its mounting ears strip, the inlet valve loosens in the wall and the connection to the tubing can leak air. Fitting this repair kit restores a solid, sealed mounting point so the inlet sits firm and the system holds suction.
