Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These FreshWave amber gel crystals come in a 15 oz container and work as an in-vacuum deodorizer for your home. Drop a small amount into the vacuum bag, dust bin, or filter area before you start cleaning.

Stale odors often build up inside a vacuum's bag and filter, then recirculate into the room every time you run the machine. As airflow warms the crystals, they release a clean, plant-based scent that spreads through the space while you clean rather than masking it with heavy perfume.
