Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These Fresh Wave amber gel crystals in the 7 oz container absorb and neutralize odors by releasing Fresh Wave molecules that outnumber the bad ones in the air. The gel works on pet, bathroom, mildew, trash, and food smells.

Odors that settle into a room keep returning until something actually breaks them down rather than covering them up. Set out open, this container treats up to roughly 200 square feet of odor-free air, and additional units can be added for larger areas or stronger smells.
