Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. These OEM vacuum motor carbon brushes fit Ametek Lamb motors 114786, 114787, 115218, 116115, and 116156, all 120-volt units. Each brush rides on the commutator to pass current into the motor armature, and each one includes its spring (the holder is not included).

Worn carbon brushes are a common cause of reduced motor power, visible sparking, or a motor that stops entirely. As the carbon shortens it stops making firm contact with the commutator. Fresh brushes restore full electrical contact inside the motor and return it to normal power.
