We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Part 31231 is the stationary fan for Ametek Lamb vacuum motors, the fixed diffuser that sits alongside the rotating impeller and redirects airflow through the motor's stages. Unlike the rotating fan it does not turn; it shapes the air the rotating fan throws at it.
Stationary fans crack and lose vanes, usually from debris that has made it past the filters or from the heat of a motor that has been run under restriction. A broken vane costs airflow directly and puts the stage out of balance, which you notice as reduced suction and a motor that sounds coarser than it used to.
It fits Ametek motors including the 115737, 115744, 115750, 115756 and 115792, the 116181, 116210-50 and 116210-85, the 116311 and 116312, the 116353 and 116355, and on through the 116432, 116472, 116604, 116657, 116883 and 116978-07.
