Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement motor armature, or rotor, restores drive to the Ametek Lamb 114-787 vacuum motor and also carries the number 114787. The armature is the rotating core inside the motor that generates suction.
