Lost suction on a SEBO 300 or 350 often starts at the bag door rather than at the bag itself. Part 50215GS is the gray black door used on the mechanical version of those uprights, and it is what presses the compartment shut so that the whole of the airflow has to travel through the filter bag.
The principle behind it is simple: any gap around the door edge is a path of lower resistance than the bag, and air will always take it. Thousands of open-and-close cycles wear the latch and flatten the sealing face, and a door that has been dropped or forced can distort just enough to stand slightly proud of its frame. From then on the machine sounds exactly the same at the motor while pickup falls away at the floor, which is why bag doors get overlooked and new bags get blamed.
