Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement bag clamp (Part #SS-1) is a zinc-plated Eureka clamp measuring 8-1/8 inches. It holds the vacuum's cloth bag securely to the fill tube so dust stays inside the bag.

A bent, loose, or corroded clamp lets the bag slip or gap at the seam, which spills dust and drops suction. A fresh zinc-plated clamp grips the bag tightly against the tube and keeps the seal that contains the debris.
