Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement bag door latch (Part #KC15KDWFZC0X) secures the bag compartment on Kenmore upright vacuums 116.31140310 and 116.31140311. The latch holds the bag door closed so the compartment stays sealed while the machine runs.

A latch that is broken or no longer catches lets the bag door drift open during use, which breaks the seal, drops suction, and lets dust escape the compartment. Fitting a sound latch pulls the door shut tight again and returns the machine to sealed, clean operation.
