Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This bag knob is a replacement part for the Koblenz 1125 upright vacuum. The knob secures the vacuum bag in place, holding it seated so air passes through the bag for proper filtration and the collected dust stays contained where it belongs.

A bag knob can crack, strip, or go missing with regular bag changes, and once it does the bag can shift or come loose. A poorly held bag lets dust bypass the filtration and reduces the vacuum effectiveness. Fitting a fresh knob holds the bag firmly again and keeps the filtration working as intended.
