Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement bag lockout valve fits Electrolux LE, 2100, and Epic 6500 canisters and is referenced as part 9002. The valve blocks the machine from running unless a bag is properly seated, protecting the motor from unfiltered debris.

When a lockout valve cracks or sticks, the vacuum may refuse to start with a bag installed or, worse, run without one and pull dust straight into the motor. A correct valve restores the safety interlock so the machine only operates as designed.
