Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. These 6 inch scrub brushes, part 53071, are replacement brushes for a Koblenz floor polisher or shampooer. Brushes are the wear surface on a floor machine: they carry its weight down onto the floor and do the actual scrubbing, so they take all the abrasion in the job.

Bristles wear down and splay with use, and once they do the brush loses its scrubbing bite and no longer sits flat against the floor. The result is a dull, uneven pass rather than the consistent scrub the machine is meant to deliver.

Koblenz has built more than one floor machine over the years, and brush size and mounting vary between them. Confirm both against your unit before ordering, or bring in the old brushes so we can match them directly, since a brush that does not match the mount will not seat.
