Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This hose assembly (part #10-1124-07) is a replacement attachment hose for the Dyson DC40, DC41, and DC65 uprights and their UP-series equivalents. It carries suction from the machine to the wand and tools for above-floor cleaning.

A hose that has cracked or become blocked bleeds off suction, and stairs, upholstery, and corners no longer clean well. Damage often appears at the cuffs where the hose bends. A new hose reseals the airway and returns full suction to the tools.
