Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Part 430000360 is the base of the cleaning head from the Oreck UK30200 bagged upright, also listed for the UK30200PC. It is the molded lower shell that the nozzle, wheels and brush roll all mount into.

Nothing about a base wears out in normal use; it breaks. A drop down a flight of stairs, or a corner taken hard against a door frame, cracks the plastic at a boss or along the front edge. After that the head twists slightly under load: one side of the nozzle rides high, the belt runs off center, and the vacuum starts cleaning a stripe rather than a full path.

Rebuild onto the new base with the same fasteners, moving the wheels and roller across as a matched set so the head sits level from the first pass.
