We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement Wire Harness Kit for cordless ULW uprights includes the harness and terminal posts, restoring the electrical connections between the handle and the battery-powered drive. It fits Riccar R10CV, R10CV.4, R10CV.6, R10CV.8, and R10CV.10, Simplicity S10CV, S10CV.2, and S10CV.4, and CleanMax ZM-800, ZM-800.2, ZM-800.4, and ZM-800.6.

When a harness develops a broken conductor or loose terminal, the machine may act erratically, fail to power on, or lose power intermittently. Those faults trace back to the wiring rather than the motor or battery. A fresh harness and terminal posts restore clean, reliable connections.
