This Beam low-voltage service kit refreshes the Easy Grip handle on a Beam 2G Alliance central vacuum hose, replacing the low-voltage switching parts that wear out with use. The kit includes the On/Off switch and the +/- suction control, the two controls you operate most from the handle. (Part #170196)
It is the low-voltage variant for Beam 2G Alliance Easy Grip hoses, supplying the contacts and buttons that signal the power unit through low-voltage wiring in the hose. When the handle stops turning the system on, cuts out intermittently, or the suction adjustment quits responding, this kit is the targeted repair.
