Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement motor bearing (part #10-9-9921) fits the NSS M-1 dry-only tank vacuum motor. The bearing supports the armature shaft and lets it spin freely at high speed.

A bearing that is dry, pitted, or worn produces grinding noise, vibration, and heat, and if it seizes it can stop the motor entirely. Catching a rough bearing early prevents damage to the shaft and windings. A fresh bearing returns the armature to smooth, quiet rotation and is inexpensive insurance against a seized motor down the road.
